Product application

Steel bars for the prestressing of concrete (PC steel bars) have been widely used in manufacturing due to their high strength and toughness, low relaxation, strong bondability with concrete, good weldability, upsetting and material saving There is a very broad market for high-rise building foundation concrete pipe piles and other prestressed components.

Technical Research and Development

● R&D and production of specifications and large cross-sectional area

● When the customer produces sea piles, the pipe diameter is larger, generally 800-1200mm, and the largest can even reach 1500mm. Therefore, when customers choose prestressed steel bars, they require steel bars to be 14mm or more. Through the cooperation of various departments of the branch, samples have been produced for customers to try.

● The surface of PC steel rod is automatically sprayed with anti-rust paint, and anti-rust products in rainy season have been developed
